Appearances can be deceiving
When I first received this backpack I was very happy. Its design and texture were very attractive and elegant in appearance. However, within a month and a half, the threads holding the backpack's straps began to snap, and shortly thereafter the backpack stopped being a backpack. If the backpack is durable, 5 stars for trust. Unfortunately this is not the case, hence the 2 stars.
