Purchased in October and installed in November in a 1400 sqm building. ft. 1 month the device worked perfectly. Now it turns off for no reason (we use the drain hose included in the kit and we turned on the "pump" setting). Set the humidity to 55%. Since we don't live in an apartment all the time, we rely on our air conditioner's wireless humidistat to indicate whether the humidity level is staying constant or rising. The humidity recently increased from 53% to 69% in 4 days and the room temperature increased by only one degree. So we had to inspect the apartment to find out what the problem was. The block was not working when we entered our block and we found afterwards that the bucket was full of water. After emptying the bucket and checking the filter, we started it again. Within minutes the humidity dropped to 67%, so we happily fixed the problem and left. After an hour, the humidity returns to 69%. Obviously this is a problem with the pump and we need to send the unit back.
