The best cross platform communication app
I like how easy it is to use- as soon i learn something new about this tool there's usually an update that makes my life easier! There are so many different ways you can communicate (email/Group chat) which sometimes confuses people who aren't used too or doesn’t understand all of them well enough for their needs.
At times when using team work we have some issues getting our email addresses correct even though they show up correctly but not others; also we don‘t always get emails from other employees sent directly through tmw unless its specifically addressed to us instead just cc'ing one person at time would be nice especially since most things go thru multiple steps before reaching me!! We haven´t had any problems yet however if someone does send out group text messages without telling anyone individually then again thats only 1 step away. Communicating between departments within companies has been improved because now managers no longer need.
- The ability make requests, ask questions etc with ease along side having access in more than 2 locations simultaneously..The customer support was extremely helpful while learning everything properly..They walked over every question asked very attentively making sure nothing needed explained twice.
- Very little really except maybe being able see your progress bar better
