Easy to use and convenient!
I suffer from temporomandibular joint pain from grinding my teeth and my jaw hurts a lot at times but this has helped me a lot. The instructions are simple, just don't put them in boiling water right away, wait about a minute after removing the water from the heat. I have a very small mouth but found it very comfortable and had no problem wearing the mouthguard all night. I woke up with no pain, so this is my win!
