This bra is great for everything but rotator cuff surgery and any other surgery you can think of. I read reviews of people using this bra for rotator cuff surgery and based on that I decided to buy it. If you're not an acrobat and can't get into this bra without using the designated arm you had surgery on, you'll have more power. I bought it before the operation. My surgeon said that after the surgery I will not be able to use my left arm (surgical arm). So I was looking for a bra that was easy to put on and take off. It's not that bra. Preferably with a bra with a front closure instead of a strap on the operated arm ;-)
