Very happy with this product. It's easy to set up and easy to use while driving. You can put your phone in the holder with one hand, which is very important for me. Be sure to hold the phone until the mount is fully open without touching any supports. It's great that you can charge in the holder - the charging port is not blocked. I turn off the heater on this vent when I put my phone in so the phone doesn't get hot. I like that it folds up when not in use, so I always leave it in place. The only problem with this is that you have to use it more firmly every week or two, riding it really weakens the grip.
