The product is excellent. These items were not secured (like the hand soap pump) to prevent the actual product from seeping onto the items in the box, including the box itself. Fortunately, not much product was lost this time. I honestly don't appreciate it, though, and with good reason. I'm sure everyone can understand that. I understand there is a time limit and corners need to be trimmed, but items need to be properly secured. Revain.com has done well with other shipments in the past and I thank you for that. What happened that you need to ship items like this? Are you really trying to cut corners without demanding what it takes to protect those items? I beg you, please try to stick to it. It's a subscription-saver item and I've been a long-time customer of yours as you only sold books. Please show respect to me and all who are actual customers.
