that got me so excited especially because it's the highest rated. I could tell right away, even before opening the box, that it had already been used and returned, but that didn't bother me because I've made returns in the past, and not necessarily because something was broken or wrong, but basic , because I didn't have to use it after buying it. When I opened the box, the tape came out fairly easily. That's how I knew it was being used. All the connectors were there, but the instructions said I had to get a screwdriver, which I did, 4 screws and 2 standoffs. I didn't have spacers but had 5 screws. I looked at the instructions and there wasn't even anything to indicate where the pads should go. I started assembling it but found that the legs weren't fully marked. On the legs were only the letters "A" and "B". And we found that they were being put on the wrong footing. You have to screw a long pole into the ground and then a shorter one, but once you do that the shorter pole is missing. We ended up removing the screws and disassembling it only 2 times. Terrible product. Buy cheap, get cheap.
