So after 2 years it's a bit worn out. The potentiometer scratches, the mic cuts out when I bend it when not speaking/playing, the faux leather on the headband is almost completely torn and gone, although there are some black bits stuck to the head, the ear pads were also torn and stuck to my ears, so I bought a pair of Beyerdynamic velor cups. I sent them to Asurion to have the microphone and potentiometer repaired. They sent it back and said they fixed it but it still needs to be fixed. I'm sad that I bought a plan from them and didn't get coverage that was worth my money but wasn't really covered. That still sounds fantastic after 2 years. I really wish they didn't use faux leather. Plain fabric would have been better too, and velor for the earpads should be standard for the price. But sound, this headset excels in sound and clear microphone. Time has not been in their favor, and perhaps it is time to update them.
