Upgrade to 3 stars: I found a way to make it work. Rotate the handle so it points down instead of up as shown in the photos. Use it with two hands when most of the weight is on the hand holding the gimbal and the hand holding the handle supports the light weight and makes it stable. You can also use it one-handed for close-up shots, but I don't recommend it for long shots. See my one star review below. 1 Star: This is a great idea. This worked fine for a few minutes. But the weight of the camera and the angle you're holding it by the grip will cause the collar to slip off and put pressure on the motor, and it won't rotate. And if you clamp it tight enough that it doesn't slip, it puts too much pressure on the underside of the motor, making it difficult to turn. I would send it back but I threw away the whole package.
