I recently witnessed the ordeal (and eventual death) of a beloved cat whose kidneys were slowly degenerating. She was my wonderful companion for 16 years and during her illness she began to urinate in many places in my house. I was lucky that she preferred to walk on things (clothes etc.) rather than right on my carpet, but I still spent a lot of time cleaning cat pee off various items. I've tried everything recommended on the internet (various recipes for vinegar or baking soda, a natural wonder from Petsmart, an easy fix) and finally a friend whose cousin works as a crime scene cleaner recommended Anti Icky Poo. I can only say wow. It works. I've used it on leather, tile floors, wood floors, carpets (rubbing lightly to break up the salt crystals that form on the surface of the carpet fibers just before use) and a variety of fabrics, including some silk pillowcases. . There was no harm and it worked for everyone. I've used it in the wash (throw clothes in washing machine, run water where it just covers clothes, poured into anti-icky poo mug, let stand 24 hours, washed as usual). I kept my luggage. I kept my leather bag. I've used it to remove cat urine, cat vomit (balls of yarn), leftover cat poo from a cat that missed the litter box (in case others are doing the same), and even old food stains on my own clothes. Oh yeah, and do you know how yellow sweat stains under the armpits or on the back of the neck can develop on sports t-shirts over time? Guess what? Sweat is organic and Anti Icky Poo loves organic stains and odors. It also worked on oil stains when I accidentally dropped some chicken bolognese on my chest because olive oil is organic. I soaked the comforter in it after my cat peed on it, let it dry and then took it to the dry cleaners to wash in their commercial washing machine - there was no odor when I took it to the dry cleaners and no smell when I did took it out. it's back My biggest challenge was with the shirt I found after my poor cat died. It was buried in the back of my closet and the poor thing had obviously been using it as a tray for quite some time. It was covered in dark, smelly stains of urine that had clearly accumulated over several months. I don't understand why I didn't feel this before. Anyway, I decided I couldn't wear it again (it would be psychologically impossible for me to know what it was), but I wanted to test my anti icky poo. I doused the shirt thoroughly inside and out with Anti Icky Poo, rolled it into a ball and tied it in a plastic bag. I did this once a day for three days. I could see the spots disappearing more and more every day. On the third day, there were no traces of stains or odors. I mostly wash in the washing machine and dry in the dryer. The shirt looked and smelled like new. I took the shirt off (like I said, I just couldn't wear it mentally), but I was just amazed. After that, I regretted not taking before and after photos. it was so hard The secret of this product is that it contains both bacteria and an enzyme that work together. In order for them to work, YOU MUST SAVE THEM LIVES. This means you MUST keep the solution WET for it to work - once it dries, the bacteria (which eat up the decomposing substance that causes the smell) die and stop working. And you have to give him time to eat everything away. It's not a concealer product that works immediately after applying perfume - it actually completely eliminates what it's working on and eats away at it over time. It speeds up the decomposition process that creates the smell, so things will definitely get worse before they get better, but if you take your time and make sure you create the right conditions for the bacteria and enzymes to stay alive and keep working ( in Wrapping in polyethylene, sprinkle religiously and plentifully, leave puddles, etc.), it's like magic. By the way, I have other cats. None of them show any sign of odor on anything I have treated. And none of them use what I thought was a bathroom - they all like to use their trays. Anti Icky Poo = Good Stuff!
