As you can see, the shoes were hardly worn. We received them on Sunday 26th June and my daughter wore them to workout for the first time on 28th June and the velcro broke. We don't have time to send them back, or we would. It's not worth it when they're all so badly made. Edit * Although the shoe was poorly made, Brooman did his best to get it right. Not only did they report the problem to the product control department, they did a stupid refund and let us keep the shoes. We probably just got bad shoes and I wouldn't have a problem dealing with that again.
