Stay away if you have sensitive skin. I feel cut all over

I went to a dermatologist for redness on my hands. I was diagnosed with follicular keratosis. The doctor told me to only use soap and my hands when washing. Even using a washcloth can cause microscopic cuts on the skin. Strange, but still. The problem is that I just didn't feel that clean with my hands. I ordered it thinking it would be more of a soft silicone. It is not! It feels like tearing my skin off. It leaves huge red stains everywhere I use it. A few hours after using it, my skin still feels sore. I've only used it once and that was it. Use with caution on sensitive skin.
