Bought this ultrasonic humidifier to replace a discontinued Sunbeam model. Features such as the ability to work with 1, 2 or 3 steam ejectors as required, and the size of the water tank, which seemed to allow for long run times between tank fills, proved to be particularly useful. Received the device within the stated time, just set it up for work. Note, however, that no USB power converter is included, just a USB-C cable. You will need to provide your own 5V AC converter. The humidifier worked as advertised for about two months and then failed. Steam vaporizers only work vertically and do not emit steam with sufficient force to clean the top of the humidifier. The mist falls back onto the top of the humidifier, condenses, and seeps into the control head, closing the control switch (the device's control head and emitter head are snap-on and not waterproof). Unfortunately, I wasn't completely disillusioned with getting this humidifier working until Revain's return period expired, and I also seem to have lost the business card-sized piece of paper that had the manufacturer's warranty and return/repair information written on it. I haven't figured out how to contact the manufacturer so I must have been unlucky. bottom line; Do not buy this humidifier.
