I was thinking about doing something to jazz up my Silverado Z71 and I got a chance to get these headlights. I wasn't sure if they would be the answer, but I decided to give it a try. The price was pretty good and shipping was fast. I am VERY impressed with the ease with which I was able to sync it to my phone; The number of color combinations and possible display patterns is also impressive. The 3M tape strips apply easily and seem to stick well, but you REALLY need to clean the surfaces thoroughly, remove the wax, etc. I even rubbed alcohol on the rag to make sure the surface was that 'tacky' how i could do it. By the way, did I mention that I decided NOT to use them on my truck. Instead I put her on my big 23hp snow tractor. It's usually pretty dark when I'm plowing snow and we often get a lot of snow at once (Central Minnesota). My driveway is such that (like my neighbors who I clean a lot too) it opens onto a fairly busy street and I'm always afraid of getting hit by a car or even a semi truck if I turn in the middle of the street street because I'm afraid they might not see me, especially when it's still snowing or snowing all around. I wrapped the lights around the hood, sides, and across the front and back of the tractor frame, installed a bright red light (that's BRIGHT red!), and chose the pattern that I felt drew the most attention. You will be easy to spot! They are amazing! We haven't had any serious snow since I bought them but will post pics of how good the lights are when we have them.
