I've worked in a call center environment for many years so I'm pretty good at knowing which headsets 'work' and which ones don't. I prefer a wired head-worn headset (with left ear cradle) like this one. I was about to buy a better branded headset for working from home when I came across this Arama device. Based on the reviews and the price, I thought it was worth a try. I was pleasantly surprised upon unboxing and plugging this headset in! This is very good quality! Windows recognized and installed the drivers immediately. The sound quality of the speaker is really amazing, very full and rich. The device even comes with replaceable foam ear pads - very thoughtful. It's also comfortable and the strap is adjustable for different head sizes. My only concern is that I prefer a little "feedback" of my voice from the microphone to let me know everything is working and the person on the other end understands what I'm saying. I know it's an old phone thing. However, it is worth buying.
