I ordered these to replace the bulbs in a 6-bulb kitchen light that is dimmable with any fixture and originally came with halogen bulbs. I replaced halogens with LEDs about 5 years ago. They worked well but weren't as bright as I wanted despite the rating being for a 50W replacement. They were designed with three small LEDs per bulb and had a very narrow flow rate. One of them eventually played out so I ordered Comzler GU10 LED Bulbs 6W (50W Equivalent) Replacement Halogen GU10 Fitting 5000K 6 Pack. They are bright white. I believe these are COB LEDs with a translucent lens. They diffuse the light widely and are very bright. I highly recommend it.
