Brand new out of the box makes an annoying noise that may be coming from a fan. Here is the dilemma I face. I can't send it back to Revain as technically it's not a DOA. I can't ask Dell to fix it because someone broke the factory seal, replaced the hard drive and who knows what else they did to it, now Dell's warranty has expired. I don't blame Revane for that. These third parties buy all excess stock from the manufacturer, in this case Dell, make some modifications to it and then sell it to Revain as NEW! Full of BS! If you spend almost $800 on a new computer, you'll end up going back to your six year old because the damn thing is so damn loud.
