I like how easy it was to set up an account, as soon we received instructions over email our translation team quickly got started with their work! The system works well without any complications - they deliver high quality translations in less than 24 hours after receiving them from us at no additional costs when compared against traditional methods of delivery (ie; post). There are some minor issues related to file transfer timeouts but these can be resolved by contacting customer support or increasing your data connection speeds if needed. Great software option which has enabled me provide subtitles/captions within 2 days vs waiting 14+ business working weeks via other providers who take 4x longer per task alone plus all associated expenses!! I like that it is easy to use and the quality of the subtitles is very good. I dislike that it is a bit expensive and it is not always easy to find the subtitles you need.
