They use their own API so you don't have to spend time or money figuring out integration with any other third party apps- they're great! Their customer support team really has helped us get around some of our issues/bugs in no uncertain terms when others would just ignore them outrightly as "out Of Office Hours". It's been an incredible help throughout and I'd recommend it wholeheartedly if not solely because we've figured things ourselves but also simply due its effectiveness - there are NO hidden costs (or even mentionable ones!) which can make life much easier than many vendors where this cost gets tacked onto everything at higher prices. In short; Great product offering very clear pricing structure without huge markups attached like most software does nowadays.- Integration process took almost 1 month despite promises made by Go Tom themselves about how quickly theirs was going down compared against competitors' products etc.; lacklustre technical We are using this product in our organization to upload all of our videos as well as our content into one platform. I am able to use it from my computer or phone which has been great! It's not easy finding software like this out there anymore, so glad we have found it. There really isn't anything bad about this software at all. If you're looking for something simple and affordable then this might be perfect for you. Go Tom helps us keep track of all of our media assets (video & audio) with ease.
