Too Slow Computers & Tablets

At first this computer was pretty slow, but I decided everything was fine, I fast-forward a few months and stopped using it altogether. Each web page painstakingly painted itself until it finally opened. I cleared my cookies, ran virus scanners, etc. Don't buy a computer with a Pentium 3 processor, which is grossly inadequate in today's world.
