Ok. Yes. They are bright when mounted into a normal light housing for the 1895 socket were the tip is positive and the body is negative. My Horton hauler enclosed trailer light socket is positive on the body and grounded on the tip. It won't light up. If you have a positive ground it will not work either. My fault for not researching this. I won't return them. They are cheap enough to just keep on the shelf. I'm sure I'll get a vehicle to put them in eventually

- got for my 63 impala . 9 out of 10 didn't work . only 1 led lit up on those 9
