My son loves toy stories so I thought this would be perfect. However, I should have known from the start that this was not the case. After only using it a couple of times I noticed that the head was very noisy, not like when I first started using it, so I sent it back and got another one. When the second one arrived about 5 months later I noticed that the battery was dead. I contacted Braun and the only thing they could offer me was advice on what was wrong or I could pay for a replacement. Super disappointed.
