Great little speaker. The sound quality, battery life, ease of use and side controls are fantastic. Love it! However, I've had it for less than 4 months and the speaker is now sounding "static". I've tried connecting to different music apps like Spotify, Pandora, and I Heart Radio. Still static. I also tried different devices but to no avail, still static. I have to say I'm very disappointed as I really like the speaker. I'm not sure, maybe I have a defect? I hesitate to buy a new one if it only lasts 4 months.
