Basic 2-Line SIP Phone - Inexpensive - Some open questions

Seems to be a neat basic two-line SIP (VoIP) phone. Pros: Simple installation and configuration of SIP lines. I got it up and running in less than 10 minutes. Cons: No power adapter needed if Ethernet doesn't offer PoE (Power over Ethernet). I didn't know if my ethernet could handle it - it turned out didn't work and luckily I had an adapter lying around that was compatible with this phone. Although you can set up 2 incoming lines, only one outgoing call can be selected during setup. I didn't know about this when I bought the phone. I thought that each line selected would handle both incoming and outgoing calls. Unresolved issue: For some reason I can't call toll-free numbers (800, 888, 866). While my agent sees these call attempts, these calls are immediately disconnected when made. This does not happen when calling standard US area codes. I don't know why at this point, and not sure if the phone is the culprit. But I didn't have this problem with my previous phone. These calls are immediately disabled when made.
