I'm a bit squeamish about this style of curlers. My daughter had no problems with these metal ferrules and they look great. me? I'm having a hard time doing that and I just can't do it like her - sooooo went to eyelash curlers. They were easier to use and I finally got decent curling results. They are superior to traditional heated curlers. I thought it was like metal. disappointing for me, but surprisingly I didn't get insanely squeamish. I let it rise for a few minutes and tested it. BOOM, curled lashes with a twist! Fizzier than any I've tried and that's basically all the market has to offer. Remember, if you're going to be wearing mascara, don't apply it to your eyes beforehand or it will literally be a hot mess. Use it afterwards if you wish and enjoy your flipped, more alluring lashes. I've been using it daily since it arrived at my house. I will buy this for my daughter as a stocking filler.
