A very bright lens, it even surprises how bright it is. Focusing is fast and fairly accurate. When compared with 50 1.8 - noticeably lighter, faster, sharper. Allows you to shoot with slower shutter speeds - as a result of marriage (blur) is much less. The depth of field is unusually small, you need to train to start shooting as you need, but the photos do not leave you indifferent. In my opinion, the price should be no more than 9-10 thousand, but the market dictates its own rules. Do I need to buy it instead of 1.8 - I'm not sure . only if there is extra money.
