I took it and have been using it for a week now. Good price and my laptop is really cool. I have a fairly large (16 inch screen) Toshiba I-7 with a 2GB graphics card. I have checked the internal fans, they appear to be working and cleaned, but my laptop is overheating. I have it on my desk at work and there is very little breathing room underneath. It got hot and performance suffered noticeably. This pillow keeps him a lot cooler and he's performing like a champ. I keep them all at top speed, I think this will be an issue if you're running on battery, but mine is plugged in almost all the time.
