I was looking for ways to close the gap between my two front teeth without spending hundreds of dollars on an orthodontist and without wearing braces - these tiny strips turned out to be the ones used Be careful of course, and I recommend watching some YouTube videos first, but these straps are perfect for that. I haven't had a single needle yet, even though I had to stretch them across my teeth. One pack is probably enough for me. over a year since you don't have to do it every night once your teeth are aligned :)
