Let me first say that I LOVE Spigen products. I was really excited to get this new "ring" for my phone as I've been using a different style for the past few years. With a different style, every time I put the phone in my back pocket, it got stuck on the ring. I liked the ring so much that I bought it for my husband and three children. None of us have ever had a problem with rings falling off. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about the strap. After 15 minutes of use, the strap of the new Galaxy Z Fold 2 fell off! So I thought, okay, maybe it just won't stick with this phone. So I went back to my Note 10 which I've worn the ring on since the day I bought it. nope! Fell down right away! So I was sure that I must have a defect. I asked my husband how it was holding up and he said it fell out of his phone within 20 minutes of applying it so he stopped using it. It really sucks because we know Spigen makes great products but unfortunately this strap isn't one of them.
