Very easy to assemble, only takes a second with all the parts. Well built and simple! However, these are not the strongest splints I have worked with. After about a month I noticed that the weight of my posts was causing the rails to sag a few degrees. I haven't tried racks with multi-RPM style hard drives, batteries/power supplies, or anything heavier, and I don't think I will given what I'm seeing with the simple traditional weight of a home PC . If you use them for light 1u-2u applications they are amazing and perfect for the price. Just keep the weight down.
