I was very satisfied with this product. I already had another All-Clad waffle maker and decided I wanted a Belgian waffle maker too. However, when I received this product I was very disappointed. The very important dough tab does not stay in place when overflowing and is very difficult to remove if it comes off easily. The problem is that the little plastic cup doesn't stay in place and the cord from the device is directly underneath so it's constantly banging against the cup. At the slightest touch, the cup moves and creates a big mess.
