I am 6ft 1210lbs and chose the large. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable. I like that they have no zippers at the bottom, don't ride up the leg, and don't ride up behind the knee. I also wear thermal gaiters and rode when it was 27 degrees outside and I was roasted. They would be great over 35 degrees on their own. The straps are good and stay in place, the suede cushion is very good too. I have a new Argo Tempo R5 seat that I just got with a hole in the middle of the saddle and I've ridden 30 miles and I'm very comfortable. For the price these thermal bibs are amazing in my opinion. I'm glad I got them. I've bought tons of bibs and returned them because they didn't fit or the suede padding sucked.
