Review on Potensic D80 Drone for Adults - 2K FHD Camera, GPS FPV, 🚁 Long Flight Time, Auto Return Home, Follow Me, Brushless Motor - Includes Carrying Case by Robert Olguin

I leave honest review. I don't work for Potensic. After reading some reviews. I bought this drone with an extra battery. I have completed all pre-flight steps. I flew the drone in cloudy weather with moderate wind. It worked great. I like 2k videos on micro SD card. Tries to go home, no problem. I suspect that some of the other feedback on flying their drone might be user related. I have MJX Bugs 3 and this is my first drone with GPS. I'm glad I chose this drone. I also really like the range. This drone is very comfortable to fly compared to a non-GPS drone with a brushless motor. UPDATE: I only have about 10 minutes of flight time. Not sure why it's advertised as 15-20 minutes because I can't get close. UPDATE: I'm sending the drone back. After trying the mobile app on my Samsung Galaxy S10e. I can see the video stream but the GPS map features are not working. I was never able to get the "Follow Me" feature that uses the app's GPS feature to work. I changed the app's permissions and it showed google maps and satellite view while testing the app in my room. The next day I wanted to try the app's functions and the problem reappeared. The application does not show Google Maps view or satellite view. Yes, I have enabled device location. This means you cannot draw flight route points or use the Follow Me feature. I spent more time fighting the app than flying the drone. The drone had a terrible flight time. When I finished using the app, I was lucky enough not to be on the plane for 5 minutes. These things were enough for me to return the drone. 10 minutes even with a spare battery and battling a crappy mobile app isn't worth $207. Therefore I am returning this item.
