The sensor itself looks and works well. However, the outer, ill-fitting two-piece rubber and nylon shell feels very cheap. After checking the reviews, others received this item either in a blister pack or in a box. Some got a device with an air pressure scale on the back, some didn't. My device came in a box and does not have an air pressure scale on the back. If you can put up with a loose suitcase, this is the device for you. If you wish, you can simply remove the robust housing completely. However, buying a seemingly solid gauge just to pick it up defeats the purpose of choosing that particular model in the first place. Alternatively, a brass pressure gauge does not require a robust housing and reliably displays accurate readings. . It's your decision!
