Review on Chef Prosentials Automatic Temperature Stainless by Rob Bradford

This cabinet is fairly well built and easy to install. The cabinet has a really large capacity and generates a lot of vapor quite quickly. The cabinet looks great and we use it to keep our baked goods warm. I wish it could be used for dry heat as well, but it only works if there is water in the water tank. This is a great safety feature, but it would be nice to have a vape-free option. The light on mine wasn't working, it could just be a bad bulb, but we don't need the light so I haven't even tested it yet. Otherwise a really good hotbox at a really good price. Four stars.
