We broke this or the bracelet so we have both. It's easy to set up from a seven year old to an adult as Velcro isn't limited to connecting to a specific location. They are much more comfortable than a harness and do not restrict movement. The only thing that interests me is the possible washing of their hands by the sweat that accumulates during the movement.
