Review on ๐Ÿ“Š 12-1056 Bubble Inclinometer - Enhanced for Effective Baseline Measurements by Cody Henry

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Worst of all is the central pin that holds the dial.

Bought a pair. Does the job as expected. However, the price does not correspond to the poor build quality. The entire block is plastic with "bristles" around the perimeter of the block left over from the sprue. The dial rotates freely, but friction makes adjustment difficult, especially when time is limited. Worst of all, the center pin that attaches the dial to the rest of the device is also a tiny plastic pin that broke when I first dropped the device on the carpet at the clinic. Rather than sending it back for another with the same fault, I "reworked" mine with a stainless steel machine screw, nylon-inserted locknut, and some plastic washers to allow the dial to move smoothly and easily, and to maintain its position after calibration.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Exchange possible
