This bag was a great purchase. I picked it up on a recent trip to Germany and carried it with me almost every day, pretty much everywhere I went. It was one of my white backed carry-ons and held up to a lot more than I expected. I had a large wired laptop, a wired tablet, two phones and both chargers, a book, a water bottle and many other items that all easily fit in this bag. It is comfortable to wear and the port to connect and charge your phone is very convenient. This has proven very useful on a number of occasions but the buyer must beware that they must have their own charger in their pocket to plug in. At one point I used both outer side pockets, the two front pockets proved very useful and I really like that there is a separate padded pocket inside the bag. I will warn you it is very easy to make this bag very heavy as it has so much space. The only thing I didn't like was that there was a pocket on the top flap of the bag. Nothing big, just something there. Preferably on the inside so I still have an element of security in my stuff, but another pocket somewhere on the top flap would help. It's also consistently proven to be at least waterproof, if not waterproof. I've been in a couple of heavy rains and nothing in the bag got wet. I definitely recommend it. I will probably buy other colors. In fact I'm still using it almost daily since I got back and it's been over a month.
