Good quality and in my opinion gives the watch a more sophisticated look. I read reviews of several straps before purchasing and based on some of them saying the strap didn't fit the watch properly and how difficult it was to install, I almost went the other way. But I really liked the look and decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. The strap is very light and comfortable. Here are the steps I used to resize and install the strap: 1) I knew I had to remove at least two links, one from each side of the clasp; So the first thing I did was disconnect the clasp on either side of the strap (2 links on either side) using the little tool that came with it. This made it easier to install the bracelet on the watch. 2) I removed a link from each side of the strap. 3) I placed one side of the strap on a towel and used needle nose pliers to squeeze and hold both sides together. sides of the pins and then place one side of the watch on the strap. worked like a charm and the pins snapped into place with little effort. Repeat this step for the other side of the bracelet. 4) Connect both sides of the bracelet with the clasp and you are done. It took less than 15 minutes from removing the old tape to attaching a new one.
