Radio has good FM reception with digital tuning but the good news ends there. AM does not exist. Setting the time of day is a real challenge, requiring a surprisingly cumbersome combination of button presses. You don't have very precise control over the volume, which is controlled digitally. It's either too loud or completely off. The design is pretty weird. Because the time display faces the user, the speaker is located on the back of the device, facing AWAY from the listener. Find out. Other clock radios typically have a speaker on top of the unit and face up. Stay away from this model. I'm looking for something that doesn't have these disadvantages.
