I've been working out in the Northeast all winter. It's important to have the right gear to survive in the cold 8-9 hours a day. I don't like wearing a bulky jacket because it restricts my movement, so I dress in layers. On very cold days (25 and under) I use ColdPruf as a base coat most days. I use a compression shirt as a base layer with ColdPruf on top. and keeps my body warm. I've been buying ColdPruf for about 5 years now and recommend it to anyone who wants to weather the cold in comfort. found that ColdPruf is too big for my neck and arms. I recommend going one size smaller than what you usually wear. ColdPruf is slightly more expensive than traditional thermal underwear, but it's worth the money.
