The first set I bought was complete and I really liked it. The second set had two 16s and was missing the number 21. I emailed a few addresses and got no response. I discovered the missing number after it was too late to return it. I want them to send me 21 so my advent calendar can be completed.

I love these tags - perfect for personalizing Christmas tights. HOWEVER, each package I ordered had a different number of labels. One pack was missing fourteen, one was missing two threes. There was no sign that they had been opened and returned. The overall weight and design is great, but if I hadn't ordered multiple packs I would have run out of numbers.

If the token is turned over, the number is swapped, which makes it even more difficult to read. These are very good quality if you use them as small ones nailed to ID tags. stencils. Not only could I not slide the magic marker through the holes, I could not even insert the tip of a mechanical pencil (thin lead) into the slots.
