Dime Size = good quality but too small for stencils.

These are very good quality if you use them as small ones nailed to ID tags. stencils. Not only could I not slide the magic marker through the holes, I could not even insert the tip of a mechanical pencil (thin lead) into the slots. I'm not sure spray paint even gets in those slots - it's SO thin! Since you can't see it in the photo, they are small. Slightly smaller than Dime. They are strong and work well as labels, but are useless as stencils. Pros: * Metal, so durable. Not as thick as a penny, but it doesn't bend either.* Mine has no burrs. Smooth edges inside and out.* Nice writing, everything is centered.* Nice neutral color. Dark gray dusty grey. Cons: * Smaller than a dime so cannot be seen from a distance. *Not for its intended purpose but useless as a stencil and that's the only reason I bought it. *They need to be nailed with a tiny nail that doesn't come with them. * Pretty expensive for what you get. Yes, they're metal and well made, but the bloated government manages to produce nickel for nickel, so what's wrong with them costing five times as much (at 25 cents a piece) with a lot less metal? Anyway, if you want them as tiny ID tags, great get them. They're still cute but need to be nailed down with a very small nail that doesn't come with them. Might be good as a charm on a bracelet but other than that I have no idea what I'm going to do with it now. Maybe come up with a numbers game for kids? May be.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
