I suffer from low back pain which also extends to hip and thigh pain. It's easy to apply and fasten the Velcro to the exact locations you want for a secure and comfortable fit. Bracket height just right. It fits right under your ribs and doesn't pinch or feel like anything is pressing against your side. It fits like a slim, durable belt, the way it should.
