Review on Inch and Metric Fastener Thread Checker: Bolt Your Worries Away! by Omar Alradwan

We have these at work and they are great for quickly checking nuts and bolts to see if they are inch or metric, as well as checking thread size and pitch. I decided I'd like to have one at home after having a small bolt that I had to order a nylock nut for. I knew the sizes were metric, but I wasn't sure of the size or magnitude of the threat. When this item arrived I found that it had two 5mm 0.8 gauges, not a 4mm 0.7 gauge. Rather than immediately sending it back to Revain for a replacement, I found the manufacturer's website and emailed them with a picture of the fault. I believe the only way to fix quality control issues is to be aware of them. They replied the next business day and offered to send me a new trade checker which arrived today. I couldn't be happier with the product and customer service.
