, I am a contractor who uses these cords every day. They work well and I've been using Yellow Jacket lines for a long time. These new cables are great except when it gets cold. While older versions remained somewhat pliable in frigid weather, they weren't. They are very tough and don't want to cooperate. The locking end is an interesting and useful feature that also works well in the cold, but I wish it had a lighted end like their other cables. I have used Yellow Jacket customer service before and can confirm that they honor their warranty. Again, this is a great line, just not flexible in the cold.
