My experience with IDEALSEAL's customer support has been less than satisfactory, and I say this as a longtime customer of their online store. Although they sell a variety of labels, indexes, and stamps and other workplace necessities, their customer service leaves much to be desired. The team is slow to respond to emails; it took several days before I got a reply to my inquiry. The responses I did get were not particularly helpful, and many of my concerns remained unanswered. In addition, you can't count on IDEALSEAL's promised delivery dates. It took much longer than expected to obtain my orders on multiple occasions. This made it difficult to get my job done on time. Their prices are reasonable, but I have been left feeling frustrated and disappointed by their unreliable shipping times and unhelpful customer support. Therefore, if you need workplace supplies, I would not suggest shopping at IDEALSEAL's online store.
