I like the nutritional information on this brand. Yes, there are "protein bars" that taste better, but I was looking for something with less fat, more protein, fewer calories, etc. that tasted good. I tried chocolate mint and it was ok - met my needs. But salted caramel tastes better. I refrigerate both but find the salted caramel flakes off the chocolate and makes a mess. So I stopped refrigerating and the granola was no longer a problem, plus the bar tasted better at room temperature. I will continue to buy these to start my mornings as I can eat on the go. Less hassle than oatmeal, granola, etc.
