Second update: A customer service rep from H2OFloss emailed me repeatedly asking for this bad review to be removed. I will not do it. If they don't want bad reviews, they need to create a higher quality product. Having worked in the electronics industry for 40 years, I know that sacrificing profits results in an inconsistent product that can look very nice, but performs differently from device to device.
